We'll leave at 10 AM from MIT for a 6-7 mile trail run at the Middlesex Fells, along technical terrain with rock hopping and root watching. After the run we can drive over to Demet's for donuts. The group should get back to MIT around 1 PM. You don't need to have done any trail running to join, but should be comfortable hiking and running. We'll be "no-drop" which means we'll run as a group and you'll have to move as slowly as Emily. But you can always keep an eye out for the wild animals of the fells including owls, possums, and puppies!
Trip stats: 6-7 miles, 900 ft elevation gain. Moving time <1.5 hours. Rocks to trip over >lots. As many donuts as you dare
We'll need microspikes or nanospikes for this run.
