It's time for the second undergrad trip of winter school. We are going for a second attempt of the cursed traverse. Led by undergrads for undergrads (or the young at heart!) get excited to take on the cursed traverse (Yes I rhyme) of Mt. Tom, Mt. Field, and Mt. Willey. This hike will be around 8 miles with ~3,800 or ~3,200 feet of elevation gain depending on which end we start. We will leave one car at each end of the trail and shuffle people to the start.

According to a non-undergrad source who will not be named, this route is cursed, but this curse is to be broken this weekend by one valiant team. Bring your wicking lucky underwear and prepare for a good time. This hike will be difficult and you should be in good physical condition (able to comfortably hike 8-10 miles on steep terrain). Get excited!
