- Prerequisites
- Ability to ski a trail that is 5 ft wide
We will skin and ski the Carriage Rd. on Mt. Moosilauke. This includes an above-treeline section, so be prepared for exposure and the beauty of winter desolation. The trail can be as narrow as 5 feet, which is about as wide as a pair of skis is long. This is a very narrow trail, so quick turns or other speed control techniques will be necessary. If you are up to the challenge, this will be a very fun trip!
