The third week of the MITOC Rock Program will be hosted at Camelot on the western side of the whites!

Itinerary and Trip Planning

We will plan to leave Boston Friday, October 19th in the evening and drive up to Camelot. We will be having a trip planning meeting at 10:00PM on Friday night and 10:00PM Saturday night.

Sat & Sun we will run trips around the western side of the Whites at areas including Rumney, Echo Crag, Cannon, Artists Bluff, etc.

Sun after climbing we will all drive home!

Requirements

  • Bring all appropriate gear
  • Be a MRP participant or leader
  • Fill out the rideshare
  • Fill out the trip preference form

Cost

Your MRP fee covers most of everything for this trip, including the trip fee, camping fee, light breakfast both days, and dinner on Sat.

Your MRP fee does not cover Friday dinner, any lunch, snacks, or gas money for your drivers.

Gear

Make sure to bring appropriate climbing, camping, and personal gear for this weekend.

Staying at Camelot

The Camelot cabin managers have been nice enough to allow MRP to stay at the cabin during the cabin work weekend. Please remove all items from the cabin before heading out on your trips Saturday and Sunday so that the Camelot managers can run their work weekend effectively.
