Greetings - it seemed uncertain until today's 85deg weather, but looks like we will have a summer this year after all!

Come learn about the various boats available at MITOCs boathouse (confusingly located away from the waterfront): canoes, sea kayaks, whitewater kayaks, whitewater canoes, windsurfers, and kites!

Keyholder training and MITOC membership are mandatory for all those who want to rent boats. Also, all boats except canoes are restricted gear that require approval from the appropriate boat chair.

Training will take place at the boathouse in building N52, near the MIT Museum. Meet in the parking lot at 7p on Friday May-4th; training will last ~1 hour.

Read ahead about the rental procedures here: http://mitoc.mit.edu/#boathouse to expedite Q/A portion.
