Prerequisites
Above treeline experience. Have done a 9+ mile trip.

We will hike up Franconia Ridge in dark and hike along the ridge during sunrise. The plan is to start hiking at 4:00 and be at the ridge-line by first light to see the sunrise on the ridge.

Afterwards we will return to Camelot to sleep.

Bring your cameras!

We'll hike up the falling waters trail to the summit of Little Haystack, traverse two miles north on the ridge crossing Mount Lincoln, and Mount Truman until we reach Mount Lafayette. Then we'll descend down the Greenleaf Trail to the Old Bridle Path.Saturday 3:00AM: Be at the cars in Camelot parking lot, ready to go Saturday 4:00AM: Arrive at the Old Bridle Path Trailhead and start hiking Saturday, 1:00PM: Return to cars via Old Bridle Path.
