Update: Made it to Pierce and Eisenhower
We'll start at the southern edge of the presidential ridge and see how far we get before our turn-around time! After a 2.5-mile hike we'll be on the ridge and above treeline for most of the day!!
We'll hit Pierce after 3 miles, Eisenhower after 4.5, Franklin after 6, Monroe after 6.5. (One-way double that for round-trip.) Elevation gain will be 2500' to 3500' depending how far we go.
