For first-time Winter School leaders who weren't able to attend the December 2 training, or other new leaders who want another opportunity to learn about MITOC's winter safety gear, rules and regulations, group management strategies, and trip planning procedure.
Plan for 50% discussion and 50% hands-on experience with gear/equipment.
Meet in MITOC office (W20-461) promptly at 7:30 p.m.
