We're going to New Hampshire on Sunday, May 21st for a hike! The 8 mi trail will take us past waterfalls and up 2400 feet to the top of Mt. Chocorua for 360 degrees of mountain views and 2 pi steradians of sky. We'll be scrambling over rocks and across ledges with spring conditions promising some mud, ice, and water. This should be a fun and challenging day!
The group will leave around 6am and get back after dinner. Required gear includes a compass, whistle, headlamp, food, and water (2+ liters). A change of socks and maybe footwear is recommended for the ride back as there can be a lot of mud and water on trails in this season. Feel free to email Fiona or Katherine with any questions!
