Fall is here! Join us for a challenging scramble up Flume slide and gorgeous fall foliage views (fingers crossed!).

We'll be hiking up Flume Slide Trail, summitting Mt. Flume and Mt. Liberty, and descending Liberty Spring Trail for a total of 9.4 miles, 3677' elevation (alltrails/caltopo). Flume slide is a steep, scrambly trail, so participants must be confident hikers and hiking boots/trail runners with good traction are required. Read more here. Signing up is not a guarantee of a spot on this trip -- participation is at leaders' discretion to ensure everyone has a safe and fun hike! If you're not sure if the hike is a good fit, please reach out.

It's a ~2 hour drive to the trailhead, so we'll plan to depart Boston at 5:30 am to have plenty of time to hike before sunset. Expect to return around 7-8 pm.

We'll have a quick pretrip meeting on Wednesday (10/7) at 7 pm on Zoom.
