Join us for an evening with Louis Parkinson of Catalyst Climbing, former member of the Great Britain Climbing Team, V13 (8B) climber, and one of the world's leading climbing content creators.
Louis will share stories from his climbing career, discuss the role of mindset in performance and improvement, and talk about what he's learned from coaching climbers of all levels while building a successful coaching business in London. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.
