Spontaneous is the word of the summer, which is why we're holding this very last-minute short-notice unexpected desk training!! Yes you too can suddenly become a desk worker on such short notice that everyone will see you and say, "Jack? Since when have you worked the MITOC desk??" And you can say – "since I got trained on Wednesday July 29th at 6:00pm on the 4th floor of the MIT Student Center in the MITOC Office"

(In all seriousness this is a desk worker training where you learn how to run the MITOC office hours and rent gear to MITOC members each week. There are many benefits such as being able to access the office if you're an MIT student, and getting paid fake $$ to spend on MITOC merch, trips, cabin stays, etc.)
