CANCELED due to weather.
For those not able to spend the whole weekend in Acadia, join us for about two hours of canoeing on the Charles River, where we'll have a picnic with cookies!
No prior canoeing experience required. We'll provide canoes, paddles, personal flotation devices, and cookies! You bring sun protection, at least one liter of water, lunch/snacks, and possibly more cookies or other food to share.
We'll meet Monday May 25 at 9:00am sharp outside the MITOC Boathouse (Building N52 on Windsor St.), and wheel the canoes about a mile to Broad Canal. At the end, we'll wheel them back and clean the canoes. Allow 4 hours for the whole trip.
Cost: After receiving email confirmation from us that you are on the trip, pay the $15 canoe trip fee under Trip and Event Fees (MIT undergrads can request a fee waiver).

- How would you rate your canoeing expertise: none, beginner, intermediate, advanced? (This does not affect your ability to join.)
- If weather forces us to reschedule to Monday May 25 (Memorial Day), can you still join?
