Join us on a hike to Mt. Jackson and Mt. Webster! Mt. Jackson is one of the NH 4000-footers, with a great view of Mt. Washington and the Southern Presidentials. Our planned route also goes along Webster Cliff, with dramatic views into Crawford Notch. Enjoy the mountains before the bugs come!
Route: 7.3 miles, 2400 feet gain. The route involves some ledge scrambling. Map
There will be a mandatory pre-trip meeting (in person, or by zoom if you already have all gear) on Thursday, April 23 at 6:00pm in the MITOC office.
We will leave Cambridge early and stop for a quick breakfast near the trailhead. If you can drive your own car or are willing to drive a rental car, please edit your lottery preferences to show this.
Expected costs: car cost $20-$40/person, rental cost if you need microspikes or other gear.
