[Note: this is an intermediate ski trip. Please do not sign up unless you are an intermediate classic skier, with at least one MITOC XC ski trip or several personal XC ski trips under your belt]

We are going on a 2-3 hours trip to the Great Brook Ski Touring Center on Sunday morning. Great Brook is a lovely and cute area with 10 miles of groomed trails and about a 45 minute drive from Boston, perfect for beginning classic XC skiers.

Trip info: Leave Boston at 9:15am, ski from 10am to 12pm-1pm, be back in Boston around 2pm

Trail pass is $20, this is not covered by the trip fee. MITOC Winter School fees are capped at $20 ($5 Winter School hiking/XC ski fee + XC ski rentals). If you have your own skis you only need to pay the $5.

Pretrip meeting on Thursday at 6pm.

We might change the trip location to an ungroomed trail in Beaver Brook or Fells depending on snow conditions.
