We are kicking off the first weekend with Winter School with a short but very heroic hike up Mt. Morgan & Percival! The hike is 5.4 miles with 1500ft of elevation gain and ends with some sweet 360-degree view off the ledge looking over Squam Lake and, on clear days, Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding Lakes Region.
This is a beginner-friendly trip. We will be hiking at a slow to moderate pace. To get an idea of the route, see here

*Mandatory in-person meeting at MIT student center on Jan 8th before the safety lecture where we will discuss the route and check out the gear you might need. We will depart Cambridge Sunday morning bright and early at 6:30am.
