Going on your first Winter School trip this weekend? In preparation for winter adventures, make sure you have all the appropriate clothing and gear for the trips! Let's have a gear sale to help with that! (Remember, the optimal gear amount is n+1!).

The event will be held in the MITOC office (W20-461) at the Stratton Student Center (84 Massachusetts Ave). Pro tip - There is a parking lot on Vassar & Mass ave, if you're looking for a closer place to park and haul over gear.

If you have something too big to bring into the office or you want to start posting your stuff early so folks can browse it, we have an optional Google Spreadsheet available for your use.

For Sellers: Please be reminded that this is a gear sale for Winter School participants. Many buyers will be new to winter activities and are looking for basic gear and clothing items.

Sort your gear - Please sell gear that is in reasonably clean and in safe** working condition. If it is being sold as a broken item or incomplete set please be sure to disclose this.

Label the gear with price tags - Tape, sticky notes, up to you, but having it labeled makes the whole process go MUCH smoother!

If using the spreadsheet - List your items, up to you whether to take photos. If you choose to include photos, pro tip is to have the price tag in the photo.
