The weather is supposed to be quite warm all week in NH so ice conditions might be questionable for many popular destinations. The ice that is good will probably be crowded. Who wants to wait in line to climb? We're going to (try to) find an isolated snow and ice filled gully tucked deep on a North facing slope. Something really unpopular. Something that requires a bushwhack, a lot of post holing, and some navigating, maybe a stream crossing or two.
We have a few options in mind and will have a specific location planned by Friday. You can expect a 1-4 mile bushwhack to the climbing at a minimum. A few pitches of snow and ice climbing (hopefully!) and then some sort of return trip. It may be horrible. It may be fun. It's hard to say.
You should have experience ice climbing and be in good shape / prepared for some challenging off trail travel.
