Prerequisites
You must be 100% solid at lead belaying and climbing. We suggest having onsighted a 5.10 sport route outside.

Sendtember is here! Which means it's time to bear down on some really cool projects!

We will go to a hidden gem of Rumney, the Prudential. You'll try a route (that you select beforehand) that is hard for you, and we'll try and help you work the route until it feels like something you can send. Everybody will get to climb some sick climbs and have a good time.

YOU MUST BE COMPLETELY SOLID AT LEAD BELAYING AND LEAD CLIMBING. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Also, if you have not onsighted a 5.10 sport route, engaging in a longer project may not be the fastest way for you to get better at climbing (but this is not a hard requirement.) Conversely, if you have extensive redpointing experience, you will probably not learn anything from us punters.

This trip is independent of the TRS on Thursday.

Notes
  1. What is your outdoor leading/lead belay experience?
  2. Pick a project at the Prudential (https://www.mountainproject.com/area/105907474/the-prudential), ideally a route which is 2-4 letter grades harder than your best onsight in a similar style.
