Cap off your Winter School Weekend with a hike to New Hampshire's highest waterfall! This is an easy to moderate hike that can be a great introduction to snowshoe and microspikes hiking.
Arethusa Falls is on the East side of the Whites, convenient to MITOC's Intervale cabin, so we'll be leaving from Intervale on Monday morning. Overnight on Sunday at Intervale will be the preferred option for those staying over after other hikes and activities on Saturday and Sunday, but we will also have a car coming up to Intervale from MIT on Sunday for anyone who would like to come up for the Monday holiday alone or needs a shuttle from Camelot. We can also try to organize rides from Boston Monday morning.
