You know the drill by now...to quote from previous trip postings again:

Because climbing mountains with ease & happiness doesn’t happen for free. You will struggle on stairs today, and then float through the clouds on the mountain-tops tomorrow. Your glutes will be the glutes that pierce the heavens.

And it does get easier!

Logistics: We'll meet at 6:15pm at the northern corner (Section 37) closest to the indoor track and you are welcome to do as many stairs as you'd like - no pressure! Bring water/snacks appropriate for the weather. If you, for some reason, do not think this is intense enough, we also have an optional sprint session at the end with Theresa to push the flights of stairs you will have climbed to 40!

Coming from MIT's campus ? There might be a crew leaving from the front of the MIT student center at 5:45pm (run over - no drop but targeting 10 min/mi) and 5:50pm (bike over). Let us know if you'd like to join in the notes section!

It is a frontcountry trip but you still need to sign up! Looking forward to seeing you there, rain or shine!
