Join us on a fun snowshoeing adventure to Shelburne Moriah! Shelburne Moriah ist one of the most remote 52-with-a-view peaks that's why we are likely going to break trail and use our snow shoes extensively.

The route is a 10 miles/3000 ft out-and-back, following the AT.

The summit is shortly above treeline and offers beautiful views to the Presidential range and even to Maine. Since the forecast at the moment is sunny and cold (14F/-10C), we might be able to also enjoy those views.

This hike is likely good fun for you if you: 1. are in good physical shape 2.have experience with snow shoes 3.are comfortable exercising for 8-10hours in the cold

We are going to need drivers on this hike! Plan to leave Cambridge early Saturday morning (5 am).

If you have any questions or are unsure if this trip is a good fit for you, please email the leaders!
