Please bring a laptop or tablet which we will use for practice.

Why become a desk worker?

  • To get more involved in MITOC, and help MITOCers get outside!
  • To help make trips, and big events like Acadia, Circus, and Winterschool possible!
  • To be able to check out and return gear on your own, avoiding the queue at the desk. (Super useful for busy weekends and big trips!)
  • If you are a current student you can get office access and check out/return gear whenever you want.
  • To get desk credit that you can spend on rentals, trip fees, gear, classes, memberships, purchasables, cabin stays, and MITOC shwag.

Who should become a deskworker?

  • Students!
  • Leaders!
  • Everyone!
