As part of the winter circus, we organise a trip to Mt Liberty and Mt Flume. This trip has about 10 miles and 4100 feet of elevation. There is a reasonable chance this trip might be shortened to Mt Liberty only, for about 7 miles and 3200 feet in total, depending on how the group is doing.
For this trip, we will require participants to bring microspikes and snowshoes. The currently predicted weather indicates some cold weather with temperatures 10 degrees Celsius below freezing (15F) with possible strong winds (!) on the ridge. Participants should bring appropriate clothes for these conditons
