When: Monday, January 8th, 5.30 - 7 pm.

Why become a desk worker?

  • To earn desk credit that you can spend on MITOC portion of the trip fees (Acadia, circuses, etc.), gear and cabin rentals, and MITOC schwag

  • To get more involved in MITOC and help MITOCers get outside!

  • To interact with a broader MITOC community

  • To check out and return the gear on your own, avoid the queue at the desk.

Please bring a laptop or tablet (not just a phone) and try to arrive ~5 minutes early to get checked in.

We will cover rental policy and procedures, gear location in the office, difficult questions during office hours, and anything/everything else about desk shifts.
