Join us on a spectacular New England classic: the Welch-Dickey loop.

Logistics

We will hike a loop over Mt Welch and Mt Dickey in the White Mountains National Forest in NH.

The hike is 4 miles long with 1800' of elevation gain and we expect to complete it in less than 3 hours.

We will leave Cambridge around 9am, return time will depend on whether the group wants to stop on the way back to see more of New Hampshire.

There will be a pre-trip meeting on Thursday at 8pm on zoom in which you can ask questions.

Sign-up information

This trip is part of MITOC's back-to-school initiative, everyone is welcome to signup but priority will be given to MIT undergrad and graduate students.

You don't need a car to join this trip, but please update your lottery preferences if you have access to a car or can rent one and are willing to drive others.

Plan on paying 15-30$ for the carshare. No fee is due to mitoc for this event.
