Prerequisites
Hiking boots or trail runners. Physical condition for a hike of this length and elevation gain.

Join us on a hike on Mt. Monadnock, an isolated mountain with 360-degree views, less than two hours from Boston! Our route will include the Spellman Trail, known as the trail on this mountain with the most interesting scrambling, so be prepared for a steep trail that requires use of your hands!

This trip is for people who are not attending the July circus happening the same weekend.

Route: About 5 mi, 1800 ft. gain (map). We'll leave early in the morning so that we can hike at a comfortable pace.

We'll have a short pre-trip meeting on zoom Thursday, July 27 at 5:30pm to finalize plans.

If you can drive your own car or are willing to drive a rental car, edit the lottery preferences on your MITOC profile to show this.
