We will be hosting an open cabin at Camelot to

1) Celebrate the life and times of Sir Benjamin Kessel

2) Promote leader bonding and relationships

3) Help incoming leaders feel welcome :)

The main gathering will be Sat. Sept 17, with food provided that night and for breakfast the next morning. (Waffles! Yum!). Adventures should be informally arranged, as there are no official trips. While most will likely be climbing trips, hiking and other adventures are welcome too!

There will be a flat fee of $16 charged for all who attend. This covers cheap campfire food + camelot camping fee. If cost is a barrier please reach out to the climbing chairs!

We hope to provide a safe and welcoming space for MITOC leaders to reconnect, share memories, and make new ones together. If you are not a MITOC leader yet, but have done MITOC events, know MITOC leaders as friends or adventure buddies, and are interested in becoming a MITOC leader and want to attend, reach out to a leader and see if they'll host you. Similarly, MITOC leaders are encouraged to reach out beyond their normal adventure buddies and invite new folks in that they'd be psyched to adventure with. You are also welcome to touch base with Asha if you have any questions.
