Do you have a bike that's probably in need of some sort of maintenance but you don't know where to start? Or have you been itching to become more self-reliant in taking care of your trusty steed so you don't need to take it to the shop for every little thing? Then this workshop is for you!

This is the first of potentially multiple workshops geared towards teaching participants the skills to perform basic bike maintenance at home. In this first session, we'll focus on how to clean your bike, including degreasing/lubing chains and cleaning brakes. No prior experience is necessary.

This will be a hands-on workshop, so bring your bicycle! If you have them, you can also bring a rag and chain lube (optional). We'll host this outside, so if the forecast calls for rain we'll postpone to a later date.

Details: Wednesday, June 21st 6-8pm. West side of Killian Court (look for the bikes). Bring: bike, filled water bottle (necessary), rag/lube/degreaser/cleaning supplies (optional)
