Join us on a hike through the Moat Mountains of the White Mountains and enjoy the 360-degree views!

North Moat Mountain is said to be the mountain in the 52-with-a-view list that is tied for the best view of all 52! The reason that it has such great views is that the entire ridge was burned over in the 1850s and never fully grew back. Near the end of the hike, there is an option to swim at Diana's Baths, a natural swim hole!

This is a difficult hike with 10.2 miles and 2900 ft. elevation gain. Route: https://caltopo.com/m/6UQFR. We'll leave Cambridge around 5am Saturday morning so that we can hike at a comfortable pace.

We will have a short pre-trip meeting on zoom on the evening of Thursday, June 1.

If you can drive your own car or are willing to drive a rental car, edit the “Lottery preferences” on your MITOC profile to show this.
