Join us for a weekend full of fun adventures, including exploring some natural waterslides, camping, hiking, and more!

This will be a chill trip, and all are welcome to join! Preference will be given to current students.

Some experience with camping and hiking will be helpful, but not required. We might do hikes up to 10 miles and 2k ft of gain at a comfortable pace. (Going in the water is not required.)

Itinerary and logistics

• Leave MIT on Friday evening; we can have a part of the group drive up on Saturday morning if necessary
• Camp at Barnes Field campground
• Exact hikes and activities TBD; will include hiking, including hiking to natural waterslides
• Return to MIT on Sunday evening

Everyone will be responsible for bringing their own food/snacks. (Unlike the bigger MITOC trips like Circuses, the leaders are not planning on organizing food for the group.)

Remember to update your lottery preferences before entering the trip lottery.

Pre-trip meeting

The trip lottery closes on Friday, 5/26. We will have a pre-trip meeting on Tuesday at 7:00pm to go over logistics and rent gear.
