Having attended WS safety lectures. Previous Winter hiking experience strongly recommended.

This trip is part of the Winter Circus.

We'll take off from the Camelot on Sunday morning and hike one of the classic peak in the White Mountains: Cannon.

The hike should be about ~5 miles with 2600ft of el. gain, and contains steep sections! Crampons will be necessary on the way up the Lonesome Lake trail.

After enjoying the summit platform (great views over Franconia!) and an optional french fries snack, we'll go down the more mellow Kinsmans ridge trail. We suggest grabing a butt-sled from the office to make the descent more fun!
