Lecture Description

Guest Lecture by Eddie Taylor:

Eddie Taylor, a member of the Full Circle Everest Expedition Team, will talk to us about his background, climbing, and the team's successful summiting of Mount Everest last year. Full Circle Everest is the first team of Black climbers to summit Mount Everest, and the team has an intention to set an example for others, especially on the margins of society, to follow a path to a dream of their own making.

There will also be two trip reports by MITOCers about their time in Svalbard and the Alps!
