Looking to hone your winter skills on a slightly longer hike? Want to bag a 4000 footer? Come join us on Passaconaway this Saturday!
The hike will be an out-and-back on Dicey's Mill Trail, ~8 miles total with ~3000 ft of elevation gain. Expect a moderate, steady incline for the majority of the hike, with a steeper half mile leading up to the summit. Check out the route here: https://caltopo.com/m/J486
This trip will be a great opportunity to practice using traction (most likely microspikes), nail down your layering system, and maintain that triangle of happiness!
Note: the trailhead is ~2.5 hours from Cambridge so be prepared for an early start.
