This trip will be an introduction to winter hiking, with opportunities to practice winter hiking fundamentals! Mount Roberts is one of New Hampshire's 52 with a view. It is in the Lakes region (Castle in the Clouds) and features beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the southern White Mountains.
This hike is ~5 miles with 1300ft of elevation gain. We will hike at a relaxed pace. We will be expecting temperatures in the low thirties, with potential snow showers.
