This trip will be an introduction to winter hiking! Mount Israel is one of New Hampshire's 52 with a view, which means the photons we absorb from the top of the mountain are certified* by the FDA to marginally increase dopamine production.
This hike is ~4 miles with 1800ft of elevation gain. We will hike at a relaxed pace.
