Evening Intervale training for winter school leaders

I want to encourage leaders to take winter school participants to Intervale, and run official MITOC trips that start or end at the cabin. For this reason, I'm hosting a special cabin training on the evening of Jan 7 (the weekend before winter school).
Only winter school 2023 leaders may sign up for this training. Leaders are allowed to bring +1s.
Unlike typical cabin trainings, this one will take place in the evening and there will be no workday component. This training will run more like leader retreat, where everyone goes off to do their own thing during the day. We will meet at the cabin's parking lot a pre-specified time and run the training portion in the evening.
