MITOC Yoga is Mondays 6-7:30 PM Eastern, both in person (MIT room E51-085) and online.
This irreverent yoga class is for active people who want to stretch/strengthen muscles worked from biking/boating/climbing/hiking/skiing or hunching over a laptop wishing you were out doing those other things. Class is pretty interactive, beginning with some time to meet the other MITOC yogis and make requests of our excellent yoga guru, Sandy.
If you attend in person, communal (sanitized weekly by wipe) mats, blocks, straps, and balls are available for use. Limit: about 8.
To attend ONLINE, the zoom link is emailed weekly to the yoga mailing list. Sign up for the mailing list via https://tinyurl.com/MITOCyoga or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the zoom link. No limit to the number of online attendees.

Class lasts about 90 minutes. Friendly to all levels of yogi. We request a $5 donation per attendee, payable on Venmo to @ruff-susan or PayPal to email@example.com (person-to-person payment; no fee if paid from bank account. Venmo has no fee either, if paid from balance or bank account).
