This Wednesday (September 21st) we will be running the annual gear inventory in the MITOC office (W20-461 in the Stratton student center) from 6-10pm. We need all the helpers we can get for this effort. Feel free to stop in for a shorter time slot even if you're not available for the full duration. We will try to get a couple pizzas for those helping out.

The gear inventory is a fun event. It's a great chance to catch up with fellow leaders and we typically get enough volunteers that the work is not too demanding.

The gear inventory will help us make informed decisions about what gear we need to replace, repair and retire. By the end of the session we will have a full listing of the gear in the office, and a listing of any replacement parts we need to order. This is our opportunity to put the gear database in good order and proactively head off as many issues as possible before the full fledged chaos of winter school is upon us.
