We will be heading up Mount Wachusett on Saturday. There will be wonderful views and the hike will be on the easier side, but there will be some rocks we will need to scramble. Conveniently, the trail is only one hour drive away from Boston. The hike will also be relatively short (around 2 and a half hours), so we will not have to wake up early.
All snow has melted in this area, so this is a 3-season hiking trip. We will follow a 4.9-mile loop trail with an elevation gain of 1150ft. We're planning on going at a comfortable pace throughout the hike.
Required pre-trip meeting: Thursday, April 21 at 7:00pm outside the Student Center.
