Prerequisites
Some winter school hiking experience

We're going to hike Mt Chocorua in the White Mountains. This is a great intro trip to going above treeline in the Whites for those who have been on a few Winter School hikes and are looking to progress. Chocorua has exceptional 360 views in good weather.

The hike is 7.4 miles round-trip with 2200 ft of elevation gain. This is a moderate trip suitable for those with some winter hiking experience. We will be traveling above tree-line for the last stretch to the summit, so you will need to be comfortable with your layering and thermal management and able to achieve complete skin coverage.

We will probably have a theme because we're goofballs, but we didn't have ideas and just wanted to get this trip posted. So definitely join us if you have theme ideas and want to be goofy.
