Have you always wanted to learn how to XC ski? Do you want to spend a day gliding around groomed trails with great company?
Join us for a day at a XC ski resort! We will most likely go to a resort in the White Mountains (Jackson XC) unless there happen to be good snow conditions closer to Boston. We plan to rent XC skis/boots/poles at the resort (however, feel free to bring your own if you have them!). We will teach you how to classic XC ski (to the best of our abilities) and then we will spend the rest of the day skiing around some easy trails. Temps look pretty cold for Saturday so we will get to practice winter layering skills as well!
Price: $5 MITOC trip fee + resort trail pass and ski rental (we hope to get a group rate ~$30 but TBD)
