Join Asha, Yunting, and Katia for a chill, beginner-friendly hike in the Fells this Sunday.

Just 6 miles from MIT, the Fells is easily accessible by public transportation and ride sharing apps. We will also arrange ride shares if needed.

We will arrive at the Fells at 9am and plan to finish the hike by 12:30 pm at the latest. The mileage will be around 3-5 mi and there will be negligible elevation gain. Weather forecast is calling for 4-8 in of snow this Friday (yay!) so there might be some sledding involved.

Bring a backpack, food, water, your favorite snacks, appropriate clothing, and stoke! We likely will not need any special footwear (microspikes, snowshoes, etc) for this trip, but this might change later depending on the weather (weather might call for snowshoes or at least waterproof shoes). Trekking poles are not necessary, but may be used if you prefer.

Asha will also be running an unofficial "Poppin Tags - Adventure Thrifting" at 1:30 in Davis square. You are welcome to join for that as well!
