Are you a MITOC Leader? Are you interested in how we as outdoorspeople can recognize implicit bias and prevent discrimination in the outdoors?
If so, please join us for a zoom session on December 9th from 5-8 pm EST with Chris Haigh from True Change Associates. Chris is an expert on diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership and has extensive experience working with outdoor institutions like Outward Bound. They are providing tools and guidance to help us leaders make MITOC more diverse, equitable, and cognizant of biases in the outdoors.
I HIGHLY recommend MITOC leaders attend this session if you are able! This is a wonderful opportunity to build community amongst leaders and develop skills to make MITOC a more inclusive organization.
