Have you been itching to strap on those MITOC snowshoes? We've checked the weather and we think this is our chance!

We'll be going out on Sunday to pack down a fresh 4-6" of snow on the trails. Plan A is a Mt. Whiteface loop that is about 9 miles total with 3000 ft of elevation gain. If moving slowly we can short-cut the loop to make it a 7 mile hike. Either way we won't miss the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains! Footwear and final plans will be made as we monitor trail conditions closer to the trip, but here's what we have in mind:
