The goal of this trips will be to practice all the skills needed to travel above treeline! But, like, with ~chocolate~ Nom!

We'll practice walking with crampons on steep terrain, full face covering, and possibly self-arresting as we hike up Mt Chocorua via the Champney Falls trail. It's about 7 miles round trip and 2,300ft elevation gain. Map

Since this is an above treeline trip full skin coverage will be required: goggles, balaclava, warm gloves, etc.
