THIS TRIP HAS BEEN MOVED TO SUNDAY, JANUARY 19

Outdoor Access works with the Massachusetts Department of Recreation and Conservation to provide accessible outdoor recreation programs in Massachusetts parks. They have a winter program series of adaptive activities like cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sit-skiing, and kicksledding at the Leo J. Martin Ski Track in Weston. This year we're bringing a crew of MITOCers to help them out!

In order to volunteer at any of the program days, you need to get trained at the volunteer training this sunday, 0900-1530 at the Weston ski track. They request that if you come to the training, you'll volunteer at a minimum of 2 program days later on.

The program dates are Sundays (January 26th, February 2, 9, 23) and Weekdays- (February 6, 17-holiday Monday, February 18 and 27) from 12-4 in Weston. There are also two programs in Goshen, Ma. on January 16 and March 5. Volunteers are on site from around 11-4:30 including set up and take down. They provide food (yay free food!)

We'll be running some official and unofficial trips to a number of these days to try to get all our volunteers to at least 2 program days and have MAXIMUM FUN!!
