Where and When:
Saturday 8/31 9:30 am ~ sunset at Rumney Buffalo Pit
Pre-reqs:
- You must be a proficient lead belayer (have experience catching unannounced/unexpected lead falls outdoors; know how to give dynamic belays).
- Be comfortable climbing moderate to hard routes, or be OK with just chilling and not climbing much. (See MP page to get an idea of the routes available)
Gear:
- Helmet -- REQUIRED for all outdoor MITOC climbing trips
- Harness, climbing shoes, chalk bag
- Belay device (ATC/grigri, etc) with locking carabiner
- Lunch / snacks
- Water
- Headlamp (optional)
