Mt. Jackson is a moderate peak (4052') that offers great views of the Presidential range. Although the hike is below treeline, the summit is exposed so you can get a taste of above-treeline conditions. If time permits and the group feels up for it, we can continue along a loop trail to bag Mt. Webster (just below 4000') as well.
