Join us to learn some basic rock self-rescue. This TRS will focus on some basic skills that are the building blocks to more advance rock self-rescue. The phrase "self-rescue" can be misleading. These skills are useful not only in a rescue scenario but in every day climbing to make climbing safer overall and avoid the need for dealing with a rescue to begin with.
